How does everyone drive with a RBKA? Do you use hand controls? Or do you use your prosthetic? If you do use your prosthetic, how so?

How long did it take, for those of you that are walking, to learn to walk again? I've had my prosthetic for about two weeks and can't seem to walk right and was told that I'd be walking right away. So did everyone else start walking right a way?
